For guacamole, you will need:
2 large ripe avocados
4 tbsp creme fraiche
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 ripe tomatoes, skin and seeds removed, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
(serves 4)
Remove the flesh from the avocado and mash together with the lemon juice, creme fraiche in a large bowl. Stir in the tomatoes, garlic, sauces, salt and pepper. Serve withtortilla chips or crudites.
