Stir Fry the following in olive oil:
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
When done add
1 lb ground beef
When done add
1 can tomato sauce
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Chili powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
Simmer 15 minutes
Boil noodles. I prefer Vermicelli
Mix all together in a casserole dish and top with
Shredded colby & monterrey jack cheese
