2 eggs slightly beaten
2 c. half and half
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp allspice
5c. of day old cinnamon raison bread cubed into 1in. pieces
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 medium ripe bananas smashed
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/4 c. rum
whipped topping
oven 350
combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and allspice. stir in bread (if not day old then put cubed bread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15mins.). stir in sugars and smashed ripe bananas. combine almonds and rum and stir in into bread mixture. mix well until moistened. pour in a 9in. cake pan. put cake pan in a larger pan and pour 1in. deep hot water into pan. bake at 350 for 45 mins or knife comes clean halfway between center and edge. Top with whipped topping.
