Pumpkin Creme Brulee

How about something different for dessert?

Ingredients:
2/3cup Pureed Pumpkin (about 2/3 lb fresh pumpkin)
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Fat Free Milk
3 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Powder Sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Fill the tray on the baking sheet in the oven with hot water.
2. Put pureed pumpkin, beaten eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl of blender. Blend until well blended and smooth. Pour the mixture into each serving casserole (7 oz). Place the casseroles on the tray and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and then refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Sprinkle powder sugar on top of each crème brulee and bake at 400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool then refrigerate for 1 hour.
