For Hawaiian chicken, you will need:
4 boneless chicken breast halves, without skin, flattened and tenderized by pounding
300ml pineapple juice
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp sweet soya sauce
6 tbsp honey
(serves 4)
In a tray just large enough to take the chicken when laid out side by side, mix all the seasoning. Put the chicken in the this, making sure both side are coated. Cover with food wrap and refrigerate over night. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes each side on a barbecue or indoor grill at 180°C (350°F). Serve.
