12 chicken wings
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp muscovado sugar
toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F°/Gas mark 4
Put the chicken wings into a bowl. Add sweet chilli sauce, chilli powder, sesame oil, muscovado sugar and soy sauce and mix well. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for around 35 minutes (depending on size) turning every now and then. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
