For Dukan diet chicken curry, you will need:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
1 clove fresh garlic, mashed
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp Canderel or other low calorie sweetener
2 tsp medium curry powder
1 tsp onion granules
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Mix together all other ingredients except the coriander. Stir in the chicken pieces, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.
Warm a good non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring from time to time to avoid burning, until cooked through. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve.
