Pulpo-a-Feira

To make pulpo a feira, you will need:

Ingredients
1 octopus
Water
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Spanish Spicy Red Pepper (Pimentón)
1 large onion, roughly chopped

Fry the onion for two minutes in a little olive oil, in a saucepan. Add plenty of water (enough to cover the octopus) and bring to boil. Add the octopus, 1 tbsp of salt and boil for about 30 minutes until tender. Allow to cool. Cut into 1/2cm slices. Dress with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper and spicy red pepper over the top. Serve warm.
