For this cajun salmon, you will need:
700g salmon fillet
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp oil
(serves 4)
Divide salmon into 4 portions. Mix all the seasoning and juice together and rubber over salmon. Brush oil over the salmon and fry on a preheated griddle over medium high heat for 5 minutes each side until cooked.
This goes very well with our potato salad .
