For these sweet glazed bbq chicken drumsticks, you will need:
8 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
a handful of chopped fresh coriander
Mix everything apart from the coriander and coat the chicken with the mixture. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Remove from fridge an hour before cooking. Cook on an outdoor grill or bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, then finish off under a moderate grill until the skin browns. Dip in chopped coriander and serve.
