Grilled vegetables

For grilled vegetables, you will need:
2 large yellow peppers

2 large orange or red peppers

1 small onion

8 asparagus spears

2 large portabello mushrooms

1 tbsp capers

1/2 tsp crushed garlic

salt and pepper

200ml olive oil

(serves 4 as an appetizer or sidedish)

Wash all the vegetables and dry carefully. Remove seeds from peppers. Cut all vegetables into large chunks. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables and garlic for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Spread the vegetables over baking sheet. Add capers and freshly ground salt and pepper. Grill under a pre-heated grill at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes and serve.
