Mexican fruit salsa

This fruit salsa is a Mexican appetizer than can de downed any time of the day to get rejuvenated and feel fresh.

Ingredients:

1 pound strawberries
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
8 ounces raspberries
2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups cinnamon sugar
Butter flavored cooking spray

Preparation:

Take all the kiwis, apples, raspberries, white sugar, brown sugar and the preservatives in a big bowl and evenly mix them up. Chill the mixed fruits in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes at least.

Take each tortilla and coat one side with butter flavored cooking spray, spraying them evenly. Cut the tortilla into wedges and spread them on a sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the tortilla wedges and spray the butter cooking spray again.

After preheating the oven to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit, bake the tortilla wedges in the oven for 10 minutes to get a uniform texture. Finish baking all the tortilla wedges in the oven.

Take out the chilled fruit mixture from the refrigerator.

The baked tortilla wedges and chilled fruit mixture can be served in combination for a great fruit salsa.
