Corn pudding

Ingredients

2 cup Frozen Corn
2 Egg Whites
1 Egg
2 cups Milk
3 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Butter

Directions

In a frying pan, heat butter and add frozen corn. Cook corn for about 1 minute. Add flour and milk. Cook over medium low heat until thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, beat egg whites and 1 egg and add to the frying pan. When it boils, transfer to the baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
