Hummus

For hummus you need:

2 cans chickpeas, drained
1 whole lemon
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp tahini
3 garlic cloves , crushed
Pinch paprika

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add water if it is too thick. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with pitta bread.
